Our expert stylists will customize your lash clusters to suit your desired look, giving you the perfect touch of glamour and sophistication.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy: I value your time and work to ensure that you are provided the best service in a timely and efficient manner. For maximum efficiency, all appointments must be made in advance and will be confirmed after a non-refundable deposit of up to $30.00 (vary depending on service cost) is paid which will be applied to your total service fees as a discount. Cancellation Policy: I know that life can get busy and unpredictable at times. If you are not able to make your appointment, please provide 24-hour notice of cancellation. You will need to reschedule later at which time your non-refundable deposit may be reapplied as a one-time courtesy, provided the next appointment is within 5 days. Cancelling within 4 hours of your appointment will be considered a no-show and will result in loss of any applicable deposit paid in advance. Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in loss of consideration for reapplication of deposit fees. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Late Policies: Kindly notify me promptly if you are running late for your appointment either by text message or email. Running late may result in your service being modified to accommodate the remaining time (subject to availability). If you are at least 15 minutes late, late fees may apply of $10.00 per 15 minutes for up to a maximum of one hour After an hour, your appointment will be cancelled. Refunds: Due to the high cost associated with disposable item prepared for your appointment that cannot be recycled, I am not able to offer refunds on any services. I thank you for your business and appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Travel Policy: I am a firm believer that lack of transport should not compromise your beauty standards. I will do my best to meet my clients where they are within a 15-mile radius. I may be able to provide services to you in the comfort of your own space should travel be a concern. All services provided at your location will attract an additional fee of $30.00.
